How long do I have access to my downloads?

Forever.
As long as your account is active, you can re-download anytime.

How many times can I download my files?

Unlimited downloads.
We never limit access.

What payment methods do you accept?

  • Other payment methods depending on region

Do you offer refunds?

Because our products are digital, all sales are final.
Please check previews carefully before purchasing.

I bought the wrong item—can you exchange it?

Exchanges are not available for digital products.
But we can assist if you purchased a duplicate.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Go to Login → Forgot Password and check your email.

Can I change my email address?

Yes.
Email us with proof of account ownership.

Can I use your designs for commercial products?

Yes — allowed under our Commercial Use License.

Can I resell or share the digital files?

No.
Sharing or reselling digital files violates our License.

Can I modify the designs?

Yes.
You can edit, recolor, resize, or combine with other artwork.

 5. Technical Troubleshooting

File won’t open. What should I do?

Try:

  • Updating your software
  • Using the recommended program listed on the product page
  • Extracting ZIP files properly

We can also provide alternative file formats if needed.

File is corrupted — what then?

We’ll replace the file immediately.
